New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1883. Profusely illustrated by Howard Pyle.
Quarto, rebacked with new endpapers, original brown decoratively blindstamped leather covers, all edges stained orange, now mellowed to brown. The elaborate binding was designed by Pyle and is notorious for not wearing well. Some rubbing, ink inscription on front free endpaper, else fine.
